It has been awhile since my last update and a lot has happened.
As most of you know by now, per doctors orders I had to withdraw from the Manayunk Arts Festival. My Shoulder is progressing well, but again at an extremely slow pace. I still am restricted to lifting nothing heavier than 2-3 lbs. [...]
